A new table has been added to the costeff schema that contains FuelIDs intended to support the guidance provided in D.23-04-035. An accompanying view, FuelID_Combinations, was also added that coalesces the records contained within the FuelID table to a managable size. An Excel export of the FuelID_Combinations view is provided for download.
